Creator applications collect contact details, current city, creator category, social profile URLs, reported follower counts, biography, motivation, eligibility confirmation and consent records.

Partnership inquiries collect company and contact information, campaign interests, indicative budget, target city and activation goals. Administrative access records identity, role and security audit activity.

Information is used to evaluate creator applications, form competition teams, respond to partnership inquiries, operate events, prevent abuse and secure the platform.

Optional marketing communication is separate from required application or inquiry processing and may be withdrawn at any time.

Production data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Application media remains private and administrative access is role-restricted.

Information is retained for up to 24 months after the last relevant activity unless a shorter legal, contractual or user-requested period applies.

Individuals may request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

Social Gamez does not sell application data. Creator information is not shared with sponsors for independent marketing without explicit permission.
